Hi,

I ordered certain products from a internet based car audio company, the goods were delivered but 2 of the items which i'd ordered 2 quantities of only 1 of each item was delivered.
So i rang the company and explained this they said they would check there stock in the warehouse to see what was what (or basically to see if i was telling porkies i think) and they would get back to me.
Today they get back to me saying yes they will be sending me 1 of the items out it had been missed off but the other item which was a 3 for 2 offer (i ordered 2 sets of, so 6 items in effect yet i only got 3) was sent in a bulk pack according to there stock. All 6 items were to be in a seperate bulk pack in the main parcel, this is not the case i only got 3 loose items.

Now basically i wonder where i am to go next? i've never had any trouble with internet ordering of anything in over 6 years.

Hello

Follow the complaint up in writing (if you haven't already done so) and inform your credit card company that you did not receive the goods ordered.

contact your bank all the same, see what they say.

end of the day they have not delivered the goods. Does the packing sheet / invoice show the items that are missing?

did you sign for delivery of the goods they say they sent?

(p.s. - ALWAYS pay by CC - keeps it simple)

I will contact my bank tomorrow and the packing sheet shows the correct order including those that are missing.
I didnt sign for it a neighbour did while i was at work (a man in his 70's so i doubt he would of nicked anything!!) slightly annoying that the courier company would leave the box with him when its worth over £300 in goods, then again i guess he was just been neighbourly.
