Some nice info:
The planners have no definition of a “traffic jam”, so they can’t work out if they’re achieving their targets;
Reliance on RAC reports, rather than FoE or Green party stuff;
And a classic quote from a commuter on Orkney islands: "There are two roads I can take on the way home," he says. "Sometimes there's another car in front of me. I always look ahead to see which road it takes, and then I take the other one."
