C'etait une Rendezvous
Anyone seen this?
Borrowed the DVD off a friend and watched it last night. It was shot in the 70's and is allegedly an unknown driver in a Ferrari

There are conspiracy theories about how fast he is going and whether the film was sped up, sound dubbed etc. but its certainly a unique bit of footage that could never be replicated in today's traffic!
Edit: some clips at http://www.bentleypublishers.com/vid...us.preview.htm

I have some footage taken from my M3 on the M5 to M4 East slip road designed to highlight that, despite signs to the contrary, 50mph isn't actually the maximum safe speed for that corner at all!
I may release it sometime in the future when the Conservatives get back in and declare a speeding amnesty!

1) They won't get back in
2) Even if they did, to declare a speeding amnesty would mean they have to come to a decision on a policy - not likely the way they are going at the moment
Hope this helps,
tiggers.

You'd think someone would remember him doing it though... especially the person that has to sprint out of the middle of the road as he comes through!
