sugary **** for tourists. feckin orrible. Handy to keep in your pocket if you are trapped on a mountain, I would rather have a pot noodle though.

The only time I've had it is when issued a ration pack with the TA. I liked it so much, I would take all the unwanted bars, and sometimes trade proper food (if you can call meatballs in pasta sauce, "food") for them.

As this review suggests:
-Scientists working at the Food Standards Agency have discovered that the nutritional value of used cat litter is higher than that of Pot Noodle and other re-constituted snacks.
Anyway, back on topic...
I can't eat a whole bar of Mint Cake these days as I ate far too much as youngster but it's good emergency ration stuff if you need a huge sugar hit.
