Cool Today is a ****ing good day

<Daffy Duck voice> I'm rich I tellee, rich, it's mine all mine</Daffy Duck voice>

Finally got my money through. Anyone know of a good site for investment advice?
Some gone into an ING high interest, a bit more for my new car and 30K left to invest.

Thoughts please on where best to put the money- except ones asking for donations!

I'll be back to read any ideas anyone may offer later, I'm now going out to get very drunk on Champagne.

Cheers!

Being nosey, where you get your money from, inheritance, sale of property, stock market ?

Just bank it in high interest accounts, or if you got the *****, invest it in property, the return ( if all goes to plan ) will be great.

Put into property?????

This advice just as the house prices take the biggest fall in 5 years?????? Err......

Personally I'd stick it a pension fund... give you a comfortable retirement.

30K's worth of Premium bonds? No risk and you may win something.

Sounds like a great paragraph for a suitability letter. Sure the FSA would be happy with that.

I recently put some money into a Maxi ISA with Fidelity. apparently they are supposed to be quite good (according to my Dad!). Some of the ISA is like a high rate interest account and the other part is based on shocks and scares. Stock Market seems to be doing a little better though so depends on how brave you are feeling. You have an option for the stocks and shares bit about what risk investment you want to do. I think I have £2000 in medium risk and £2000 in high risk.

Heard bad things about ING so steer clear.

Hope it helps!

lmfao at this thread. investing in property atm can only be as a long term investment. my advice is go on a holiday, a fast car, a fast woman and drugs. then you can waste the rest

Stick 30k into ARM Holdings. I predict a 20% rise by Jan 2005.

Oh dear... yet more remarkably astute investment advice Don't suppose there's any chance of some evidence/research/facts to back this up?

Thanks for all the advice, money in ING already seems safe enough. Am going to do the premium bonds as well, which I hadn't though of.
As for the magic beans, chav comments etc- I've got 30K left to blow so ya boo to you! All going on drugs and thai hookers.
