Work Alarm Call Out ?
#2
£20 per night weekdays, £30 per night weekends, for standby. Plus normal overtime rate for when i'm actually called out.
It's rubbish, but there's **** all we can do about it. I've heard other companies pay much better.

Sore subject with me.
I dont get a penny !
And ive been out at all hours, and its always a false alarm. Cos our lazy fat cleaners never get rid of the spiders webs around the place.
I now wont attend .......

We worked it out between ourselves as there was no official policy. At present it's a full day off and all taxi fares. The driver waiting is better than the police who either dont turn up or **** off as soon as you arrive.

At a well know company we all know .We get 5 hrs standard pay for being on call..if we are called out we get time and a half from door to door..then double time if out over 5 hrs worked ..weekend's are great ,doing 3 calls will take you over 5 hrs ..then double bubble then on ..

Weekdays and normal weekends - £250
Bank/Public holidays £500 & a day off
Mileage at 25p per mile
OT at £27.70 per hour from the second I'm called to the second I walk in the front door after sorting it
It doesn't compensate me for the lip I get from the wife when my pager goes off at 3am though!
