Hi there
A low run like this could end up costing a lot, especially of you want embroidered.
I have used NJ screen prints in the past 01455 848575 ask for Geoff Arrowsmith. They do good work.
Be warned. A lot of companies offer the service but few do it in-house or even that well. Ask for samples of their work.
If the logo is 'fiddly' then screen printing may be a better option than embroidered.

not sure I like the sound of printed as you seem to have to have a big block background which doesnt look great !
The logo can be seen on the site

Just looked at your website, the text is fiddly. do get a sample done before committing the shirts. to produce an ebroidered logo needs a 'tape' (i think this is the instructions for the machinery) once this is done get a test done s/size on the same material as your shirts.
Stil lthink you should look at screen printing old co log had a lageish white panel and fiddly text., we used to get these done onto black polo shirts and they looked fine.
Whatever route get a test done first.

That logo isn't difficult.
It isn't expensive. (£3 per logo).
Screenprint belongs on football kits
Mail me if you want it doing properly. dean@embroiderypunch.co.uk
And it is designed and embroidered in house.
