Confused by ipods.
Hi, didn'y want to hijack the other ipod thread so thought i'd start another one.
I really dont know anything about ipods and wondered if you could use normal speakers to run them for home use?
Is there a way to run it in the car?
And how do you put your existing CD's on to it?
Sorry for the blatant ignorance

rip them to your hard drive of your pc as mp3 them transfer across(easy)
you can either use an aux line in on back of your car stereo, or use an iTrip to broadcast it onto an empty FM channel

I am flying back from Atlanta in about 8 hours, if anyone would like me to buy them an Itrip.
(I bought one to try and bribe the account to actually pay my expenses without querying every 10pence spent...)

LOL Didn't know what you meant then!
The wife is selling it for me. I have never used e-bay so have no feedback.
May bid for it though. Looks good
