LEGAL QUESTION ANY ADVICE PLEASE
right here goes for background please see my post on virgin cars in the other marques bit
anyway
I ordered a specific car from virgin about 16 weeks ago and was given a delivery time etc in the contract, subsequently this time has passed.I finally got the news out of them that they have not managed to get hold of any imports (mine was an import) they have offered me a uk car with a 2-3 week lead time on top of what i have waited, heres the kicker they want an extra 400 quid on top of the price and have offered me black or silver. I want the original colour i asked for. Do I have any legal address?
