Anyone got an Orange SPV C500?
If so what are they like as I can upgrade my 2 phones soon for free and the C500 is one of the free choices, other one will probably go with Nokia 6230 (depending if its added to the free list by then, if not then the Nokia 6820).
Oh and upgrading as have 2 X70's at the moment and they are crap (battery life is poor and don't like the phones software) so its not just about having new toys for the sake of it, want to upgrade to something that isn't crap!
So anyone got the SPV C500 or Nokia 6230/6820? If so what don't you like about them, if anything?

My sis just got one and I've been messing about with it. I rely heavily on a PDA to sync all my contacts, appointments etc with MS Outlook so I think it's probably the best product that achieves a PDA/phone combo in a small package. If you're not into all that PDA stuff you'll find the buttons and the slightly fiddly toggle switch an unnecessary compromise.

Well I don't even web browse with my PDA and haven't tried with the c500 either but I suspect the relatively small screen size will be too much work for most people beyond novelty value.
There was another recent thread, from someone who just bought it, which should have more info or check here:

Had mine for 2 weeks and its the best phone Ive ever had, I actually read some really good reviews too.
Ive done a few wallpapers for it as the stock ones are naff, feel free to use them - theres a nice freeware util that auto rotates wallpaper at http://www.jeyo.com/products/JeyoPersonalizer.asp
Ive also watched Band of Brothers on thanks to the 256mb card I bought

I had one for about a week and sent it back to Orange. It could do loads of stuff but I felt it was just not user friendly and that toggle switch is a pain in the butt. I swapped it for a Nokia 6230 and haven't regretted it for a second.

My SPV c500 is the canine gonads In fact my other half liked it so much she got one too.
Apart from being a superb PDA and phone, and storing huge numbers of emails and txts, I love:
Interactive London tube maps
RAC Trafficmaster
Mobile location service (actually this is in pre-release trial, I just managed to get on it)
