IT People - Help

Jason, WCI have sold one of the products we sell in the past (a fax package called FACSys) to the NHS (this was towards the end of 2002), and I was just wondering if you could PM me the details of the person who looks after the NHS currently. I need to speak to them about a few things regarding this install now as the contacts we originally had are no longer there.
Hey, if you don't know the details, then no problems.

No offence, but please don't call me!
I must get 2 or 3 calls a day at work from companies who are ALL partners with big names, ALL are one stop shops and ALL can do things that others can't. Oh and they ALL say "did you receive the information I sent you?"!!!
I didn't ask to be sent any information, and I didn't ask to be called. Now all unsolicited mail is binned, spam is deleted and reported and callers are left in tears!
Anyway, sorry about that.... just getting it off my chest. Best of luck with the new job!

Damo, so I see from looking on our accounts package - btw, you really ought to think about upgrading your Brooktrout board!
Scoobynet certainly does indeed make the world a smaller place. Do you look after it internally then, or just know of it being in your company?
BTW cheers for the comment about it being a good piece of software.

We did look after it internally, but since we've been bought out and moved offices, it hasn't been used at all!
It is a good bit of kit, but as to whether we keep it, it's a decision to be made by the powers that be!
If I knew you were our account manager, I may have renewed the contracted when I was the IT Manager!!!

God almighty, this world keeps getting smaller! Andy, your name doesn't appear anywhere on our systems otherwise I might have put two and two together.... however being in sales I would have needed a calculator to do this!
Oh well, the support contract is currently paid for, and as this is just a renewal every year and I do not get paid on renewals they can do what they like!

We have been bought out by an American company with an existing presence in the UK.
They manage the IT centrally in Sunderland, and although my role for the old company was the IT Manager (replacing NL who decided to travel the world), that is something I no longer deal with (moving more towards the project and problem managment side)
If Sunderland don't want it, it doesn't get bought!
Bit of a shame really and I can't help but re-itterate what a great bit of kit Facsys is!
