HDD TV recorders
Are there any HDD recorders that allow you to backup the contents of the HDD when it's full? i.e. rather than deleting, is it possible to burn directly (integated DVD?) to DVD or is there some other form of output?

Unless they're available for ~£200 then the Win Media Centre idea isn't likely. Interesting idea, though.
I didn't realise it was normal for HDD machines to allow backups. Sounds promising!
