Ever thought of emigrating ?
Having had family that have lived in France and my personal affection for the country I am dipping my toe to the idea of moving the family out there and buying a business. Either a hotel or a restaraunt and having a relaxing lifestyle. Have a look at some of the bargin going concerns and residential property on this site -

Unless you're so wealthy you can employ those to take those demands and stress usually associated with that kind of business.

Doing exactly that . . .
Emigrating to Austria next May, bought an apartment house with 5 self catering apartments (Sleeps 28 in total)
Will be employing a maid to help with cleaning on changover days (Sturdays) but apart from that its just me and the missus running it.
In the process of selling up all the property I own over here and tying up a few loose ends then its Austria here we come

Already have.
Would have thought twice about any country where I had to learn a new language though. As much as I love France (Paris excepted), I would think twice about moving to a country where the English are held (often justifiably) in such low regard.
