As already indicated, Hotel-Restuarant .... relaxing life style.... are mutually exclusive

Unless you're so wealthy you can employ those to take those demands and stress usually associated with that kind of business.

Doing exactly that . . .
Emigrating to Austria next May, bought an apartment house with 5 self catering apartments (Sleeps 28 in total)

Will be employing a maid to help with cleaning on changover days (Sturdays) but apart from that its just me and the missus running it.

In the process of selling up all the property I own over here and tying up a few loose ends then its Austria here we come

Considered and got very close to emigrating to canada 18 months ago as my wife was offered a job over there wher ei would not have had to work and could have snowboarded and played golf all day:-) we decided int he end though that it was too big a step and not right for us.
good luck though.. there is alot of paperwork involved.

Already have.

Would have thought twice about any country where I had to learn a new language though. As much as I love France (Paris excepted), I would think twice about moving to a country where the English are held (often justifiably) in such low regard.

I didn't emigrate. I just got jobs which required me to live in different countries.
