I wasn't suggesting it does. I didn't mean that to sound like Nyah-Nyah You're Wrong! Just food for thought.

And I doubt I'm an estate agent's dream, I don't own or rent and am not looking to do either.

Close enough.. Actually I gave my ex the house and after a brief residancy at my mum's (not easy at 30 odd) I now live with my gf in her house.. which is paid up
