Internet Savvy solictors - where and how much
Hi peeps,
Just needing some advice re: an online shop im setting up. Problem is, its adult related and the content is quite borderline re:OPA (Obscene Publications Act) etc.
Now the question. Does anyone know of a good solicitor with internet experience, regarding such things as where a transaction takes place and the legality of selling such items into the UK ? Also how much do they charge, if you happen to know.
