It used to say underneath "reply to feedback" but I'm not sure these days - only received negative feedback once in over 180 transactions, so not an expert.

You can now remove negative feedback if both parties agree. Is there any way you can prove what he's saying is not true? I only accept PayPal, so that proves if someone hasn't paid, that they haven't (if you know what I mean!)

Get onto Ebay and ask if they can help as your feedback percentage isn't good!

I've asked him to confirm the bike serial number he says I sent him as the distributor will confirm who supplied the bike (wont be me as he never paid!) - I doubt I will ever get reply, have also metione the defamation thingy you can file!

Sometimes you have to take the goods back and offer a full refund even if you know you're in the right. Negative feedback costs more money that postage and item fees.

You've been a member for 6 months. What about starting again with a new ID.You've got 2 negs, but also a couple of other comments about delivery time etc.
It does give an impression that if there's a problem, you may not be that accomadating in trying to sort it.

Just giving you an honest opinion mate, sorry.

You can probably get in touch with ebay to get the feedback removed. I think there's something called SquareTrade which is an arbitration service. If you both email them, I'm sure they'll sort it.

Dont you have to have been a SquareTrade member prior to the problem?

They charge you both $20 to remove negs and you both have to agree. Even with the neg removed the comments still remain in your feedback list.

Just out of interest, did you refund the young fella who wanted his deposit returned?
The one who wanted to buy a bike from your shop but changed his mind?
