on friday i purchased an I-River, A pioneer VSX AX3 and a pair of Monitor Audio Bronze 6's. none of which i have yet to pay for lol

2.2kg protein?

i cant wait to get my AX3 in the house, aparently as good with AV as Stereo. but i'll just have to wait and see. my speakers look damn good in natural oak though

nah mate they are naff products always go for the 100% pure whey stuff the best is the dorian yates brand like pro-mr etc. they are dorian yates approved and are really good

Got to agree, I've tried a few of these and the best I've come across is the Dorian Yates stuff, it's not cheap but it's good and it actually tastes quite nice (unlike maximuscle stuff which is mingin).

Im not going to be drawn into an argument, my stats speak for themselve! So ill stick to what im doing. As for buying brands some **** ya guts up so ive got one where i can take 70g protein anytime and not have to worry about the nearest bog!
