Anyone ever dealt with them?

biggest pile of pants company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with

4 months on, and im still waiting for stuff I can get from local shops

they never return calls, I have to phone them once a week, they dont know what is outstanding on my order, I have to tell them

When i was @ college doing me engineering, a friend won a award from them. young engineer of the year or somthing. He was given a silver spanner tropy thing. Good thing was though he should have won a £50 vouvher to spend on their products, they sent him £500s worth of them by accdient.

A few grands worth of tools

Nothing but praise from me.

They sorted me out within two weeks, everything from my shed was whizzed. The only thing they couldnt source for me was my watch makers tools, so they gave me cash instead, and I got my own.

They upgraded me on a number of items, lawnmower, strimmer, trolley jack to name a few.

The guy we dealt with was called Costa, he was excellent.......
