Tom Tom software is excellent.

I've got it on a Palm PDA using a Bluetooth GPS receiver. I have problems in that every now and again I have to 'delete' the Bluetooth GPS unit from the list of trusted devices on the PDA and do a re-discovery. Only takes a minute but its a PITA and not sure whether its the Palm or the GPS receiver.

Either way I'd say big thumbs up for Tom Tom but stay away from Bluetooth. Get a hard wired GPS receiver if you can.

Never go anywhere without one......never could find anywhere without one! Also useful to read the road with, although if cornering with a few G's the location arrow tends to understeer off temporarily.

Hope this helps

I had the xda I with TomTom2 and it was painfully slow and locked up. I now have the xda II with TomTom3 and it's brilliant.
