Jack Dee standup?
Well, hardly. He was just the foil for Joan Rivers.
F**kin close to the bone hardcore Jewish comedy. *Very* non PC. I'm almost offended listening to it. Some of it is damned funny though.

The thing about Jack Dee is he's so miserable, negative, pissed off and well just waiting to die. Not just in his act but in television interviews as well. Maybe it's just me but I can't listen be around that kind of stuff for too long. Feel dragged down by it.

First time I saw Jack Dee on TV I thought he was hilarious. But after seeing him in Edinburgh changed my mind. He was at his peak at the time and we had to pay silly money for the tickets and got crap seats where you could barely see the stage, let alone Dee. Then we had to endure all the material he'd already used a million times before. Total letdown. He also doesn't interact with the crowd at all. Not one adlib, just totally rehearsed.
As for Joan Rivers, with a face that makes Michael Jackson look natural she should be the last person to take the p*ss out of others.
