just thought i'd share this, my insurance is up and ofcourse im changing, why, because this year i was involved in an accident which was my fault, a green flag recovery vehicle was in the traffic and asked if anyone was with them, i said i was with churchill and had beakdown cover, because this was not a call out i had to phone churchill to ask for a job number and was told that i had not broken down therefore was not covered, the womwn at churchill as an absolute tw@t, she said - exactly, you havnt broken down, you have had a crash therefore your not covered

paid out £55 and was told after the accident that i was covered, it even says so in the info i got from them but took ages for them to admit, i never got the money back

 

That makes no sense - your explanation, not the situation.
