Default Cleaning a piano?

It is an upright, needs tuning and the ivory is pretty marked. Last few years it has been sat in a garage so it has been sprayed for any potential spider's nests.
It's certainly had some good use, so is there anything that is needed especially to clean the keys or can I just get some soapy water on them?

If the key's are ivory I would not use water as it porous.
Damp cloth with lemon juice is a start

Having finally found a site that doesn't come up with "Cannot Display Page" (hence my posting) it looks like with the extent of the colouring on the keys and I noticed that some of the ends are damaged it basically could do with an expert looking at it.
One suggestion is a mild non-coloured toothpaste.....
