Pins and Needles
Three times in the last two days I've experienced pins & needles in my kn0b 
The first time I put it down to the way I was sitting but considering I can't remember it ever happening before I find 3 times in 2 days a bit excessive.
Does anyone else experience this ?
is it something to worry about ?
is there a doctor in the house ?

I've never heard of anything like that and I'd be worried at 3 times in 2 days! I get an emergancy appointment with the doc now! Hopefully it'll be nothing but you don't want to take a chance with your wee man. Perhaps there is a disruption in the blood supply! I'm not taking the **** here but have you tried to 'stimulate' it to see what happens/how it feels?

Fifty per cent of patients notice prodromal symptoms (early warning signs of an impending attack) before recurrent lesions occur. These include itching, tingling, pins and needles, numbness, burning and shooting pains in the buttocks, thighs, *****, ******* or even the feet. These prodromal symptoms are due to irritation as the Herpes simplex virus travels up or down the sensory nerve axons.
I'd get to your GP and/or GUM clinic just to check it out.....
Any STD doesn't want to be left too long, as it can affect fertility. Obviously you'll know yourself what your sexual health has been recently....

Cheers Imlach, no groin strains and none of the other symptoms of herpes either. I've never had herpes before (or never exhibited symptoms before) and recent sexual history would lead me to say I'm pretty sure it isn't that! But you're right that its not something to mess about with so I'll ask a few awkward questions even if I offend! And I'll get it checked out anyway.
