What you want is one of the various original models as seen in Universal Studios and Hard Rock Cafe Shop in Florida. They have several versions going from the complete endoskeleton to ones with the Schwarzenegger make up and clothes complete with bullets holes, blood and wounds showing interior endoskeleton.

Would think they would fetch a tad more than 3k though
