I saw a Westminster parking enforcement/clamping van on the back of a Westminster parking enforement flatbed. It had probably broken down, but it would have been an excellent photo opportunity.

It is true that, as the police said, it was irresponsible to clamp a police car which may have been required in an emergency.

It is also possible that I may have to ferry a member of my family to hospital in an emergency, or even perhaps to get to the donut shop before it shuts, and so I assume that police will also be condeming any clamping of my car as irresponsible?

Every donut shop in Canada has at least one Police Cruiser parked outside so this really cracked me up.

Clamp a Police Cruiser here and you would probably get shot.
