Super Size Me....Watch this film/documentry if you love McDonalds
I think this should be released over here soon,if this film doesn't put you off mcdonalds nothing will.
The bloke in the film lived on maccy d's for a month.. breakfast,lunch and dinner,just to see what would happen.
He put on nearly 2 stone,buggered his kidney and his cholesterol shot through the roof.

In my last job there was this guy who ate maccy d`s all the time and i mean it was every lunch time and we heard he had some for his evening meal aswell. One day at work i was turning into the car park he got out his car waved at me then collapsed, everyone though i had run him over. Anyway he was rushed to hospital and he`d totally F***ed himself up, didnt see him for months

Yes, and I agree that McDonald's is of course not healthy for you but the film is not exactly offering an un-biased opinion.
If you were to live on just Eggs and Bacon (traditional English breakfast) for a month, you would also be not particularly healthy.

If you live on any one food for a month it's not going to do you a lot of good. McD's etc have their place but only in a well balanced diet comprising of other food groups.
Films and shows like this annoy me. They make the flipping obvious sound as if it's all new and then create fear and worry in people.
It's like the headline in 48 point bold
"SUN TO EXPLODE AND DESTORY EARTH"
and then in small print "(In four billion years)"

A mate had a similar experience, but with Prawn Madras, occasionally intersperced with prawn biryani.
He literally lived off 'em for around 3 months. Didn't gain weight, but had serious stomach problems... All's well now though

I imagine if you ate nothing but lettuce for a month you wouldn't be in the best of shape. I have seen the film and must say it is a good watch though, more a documentary like 9/11 tho.

There was a guy once who lived totally on boiled cabbage he got so fat that he couldn't get up, not sure how he boiled his cabbage mind but anyway he eventually died in bed from lack of oxygen basically he suffocated due to the amount of methane gas in the room due to him farting sounds funny but the guy died so it ain't really.

Since this film came out McDonalds has announced that it will be withdrawing the 'supersize' option by the end of the year. Anything to do with the influence of this film?

True .. but McDonalds feeds millions of people a day worldwide. This must give them some sort of responsibility for supplying healthier food, and not promoting overeating?
