Default iRiver IHP120

Just bought one. It's excellent so far. Using Windows Media Player to rip the cds, then drag and drop to the machine - took seconds to do and filing system is ideal if u are used to Windows. Radio is better than most portables but not fantastic.

It's by no means as good looking as iPods and I really dont want to get into that discussion again, but functionality is better I reckon. Not the kind of toy that impresses people with the looks, but that's not why i got it. Takes a second to get used to the controls but easy after that.

Thanks all yr advice guys especially Dracoro and AngryNorth - sorry Angry but it was better for me.....

the i-river is technically alot better in value and performance that the ipod, it just looks butt ugly. but u dont look at the mattel piece while poking the fire. thats why i am hoping to get one soon

So where did you get it from and how much, one of these mini juke boxes is the next gadget for me and i think the radio may sway things th iRiver way
