A 12 month ban for those tw7t$ being chased, after almost wiping out innocent drivers along the way, how they didn't kill anyone i'll never know, shame they didn't crash and burn into nice big oak tree. Wouldn't you want to tear their heads off if they drove you off the road?

WTF is the point in a slap on the wrist 
This country is TOO SOFT on scum that go and nick cars/ram cars/mug people....
I know give them a £50 fine
Give them bail and then they will not turn up for court....
It just shows what these people do and get away with
