Detector's & Jammers.
Need some adice on the probable puchase of a speed trap detector and / or laser Jammer.
I know these things are currently being questioned about their legality, and that laser jammers than are primarily used as "automatic garage door openers" is a bit of a grey area.
Just curious about which is the best performing (or best value for money) and what else these gismo's can do?
Heard a lot about Road Angels and the Origin B2 / LRC100.
Whats everyone's opinions? Prices? Stockists? Ease of fitment?
ta.

The new law will be along the lines of - "prohibit the carriage of devices that either actively inhibit the proper function of a speed camera or detect the presence of functioning speed cameras"
I am sticking with a Road Angel 2 for now.
IMO the BiB will be going after those with jammers first...

I'm aware of that.
Incidentally, if you're caught using one - is it classed as a motoring offence? ie - points?

WRT Laser jammers, why is it down to you to prove in court that it is for an innocent purpose? surely the court needs to prove it is not?
Or is innocent until proved guilty not applicable anymore.
