Default polishing gold

i have a 300g flat curbed 14ct gold bracelet that ive had for 2 years that has now started to show light were and tear scratches etc

whats the best way to do it or get it done?

Have been told in past to use soft cloth and toothpaste mt8. Never tried it myself thou.

I would take it to a jeweller. They have all the right rouges and buffing wheels etc.!

Interesting fact about gold: don't expose it to mercury, gold will actually dissolve in mercury!

Get some "cape cod" polishing cloths , awesome


these are effectively cloths impregnated with Jewellers Rouge
