Is my scanner broken ?
My radio scanner which I use whilst plane spotting, would sometimes inadvertantly pick up police frequencies.
It doesnt anymore........
Is it broke , or have the Bizzies moved their frequencies elsewhere ?
Thanks in advance.

How rude of them not to tell me.
Can you buy a digital scanner (ie a scanner that listens to digital frequencies ?)
If so where from.
Thanks again.

Cheshire police have indeed changed their frequency from 452.950 to something different now.I've borrowed 'her' brothers scanner and tuning into that frequency now I get the bloody pilots!!
I'm gonna have a quick look on the web at some stage to see if I can find out the new frequency.I very much doubt that Cheshire police have gone fully digital yet as there were quite a few 'black spots' in Runcorn where they couldn't get a signal using a digi radio.Perhaps things have changed but I doubt it as it was only 6-8 months ago anyways.....
Got any interesting frequencies for me to try tuning into then?

Nick,
Interesting, let me think......No.
Interested myself in B1 and B2, if you get my drift.
Alot of the important stuff has moved over to cellphones anyway, so no great shakes.
