Default I Want a SHINY Car!

Gonna go to town on the motor this weekend. Only ever used Autoglym polish on my cars. I've seen loads of threads in the Members Gallery talking about Wax's of various makes and descriptions. I've never used a wax of any kind. Can anyone recommend a good product with top class results and rough prices etc? Cheers.

Swissol http://www.swissol.com/E/GB/Produkte_Lack.htm

Rough prices are (the products last for 1-2 years of weekly washes):

Car wash: £20.00
Cleanser: £20.00
Wax: £45.00
There are also some starter kits you can get that contain everything for a discounted price. You'll need some cotton towels that can also be bought from Swissol.

Meguiars 3 stage also. Sensible prices when compared to Zymol/Swissol etc and its a lot easier to obtain also.

LOL, sorry, but it's been asked once or twice before.

Some people like Meguiars. Those who've used Swissol wouldn't use anything else again.

Sorted.

I've used Clearkote products to good effect recently.

seriousperformance.co.uk is pretty good place to start.

Been using the meguairs 3 step as it's much cheaper than swissol - swissol seemingly gives better results but Meguairs must win in the "value for money" stakes.

soft wash - £4
3 step (paint cleaner, polish, carnauba wax) - £7 a bottle.

get some applicator pads too and a hydra blade if you're feeling flush.
