No way of telling from the pictures alone but I would hazard a guess that you would have us believe it is something like potassium nitrate at the bottom and powdered magnesium/aluminium at the top?
Or a set of heated flannels from the indian restaurant?
Cocaine and Resin?

So are you gonna make anything useful with those?....
Second thoughts better not answer here...etc...
Anyways, when u get bored of the limited resources easily available, (u might be able to get a chem supply place to send u stuff) was always tempted to order stuff from here http://www.skylighter.com/ ..........just didn't feel like the probable knock at the door.....

There, that should absolve me nicely!
Now go make pate of yourself Audi-boy!!!

hmmmm not to sure on your choice of casing materials, plastic and metal..... oh well at least is small..... how well/fast does the mix burn?
oh and mixing small quantities for experimental purposes is not technically illegal, but putting it to any use is.
oh and one of those disclaimer things.....

me and my brother nearly blew ourselves up years ago by ******* about with gunpowder, play with chemicals by all means, do it in the garage though, not in the house
we were building an uber bomb to annoy the bloke over the road as we had a mischevios vendetta at the time.....50 air bombs "cut" into the grey, black and brown powders, the brown was put to one side on a sheet of paper for another day, the grey powder out of the cardboard projectiles, and the black powder were being experimented on to find the best mix ratio.
We had left the brown stuff a bit too close to the metal toolbox "test facility" and the rest was history: a little fireball from the experiment lit the pile of brown on the floor, the resulting flash lit everything else in the area including all the black and grey, also some cardboard projectiles that had not been split yet - it was like a scene from an Arnie film, all in my bedroom, and over in about 30 seconds - I will never forget the look on my mum&dads face when the smoke eventually cleared
