I have a different take on this. If you forget the language and the "aren't we cool" messages these are kids who love their cars, even if their tastes don't conform to the style police on here.
Besides, apart from the cars and the use of website technology, none of this is new. The Teddy Boys thought they were cool when they were out and about and had their own outlandish style and behaviour. Anyone remember mods and rockers with those crap scooters?
Given that car ownership is under increasing attack from a nannying state should we not be encouraging/supporting these guys to keep the car flame burning?
I worry about people who think that that their tastes are better than anyone else or that they personify the epitome of good taste. Look what's become of the girls behind "Not What To Wear"
Give these lads a break.

Taste is opinion but this site/its cars are ****e. It should be illegal to do this to cars.
Some of their cars are nice motors, but have been ruined by the crap they've glued onto them.
They're *****. Badboys, sorry badboyz.

I agree with banana on this one.
Some people may think the same of Scoobies i.e. to use your phrase "Some Scoobies are nice motors, but have been ruined by the crap people have glued onto them". You could include gold wheels, massive exhaust, huge spoilers, the list goes on. Many people may think it should be illegal to do this to Scoobies.
This is not my opinion however (although I have seen some horrendous (IMO) bodykits on Scoobs), but could be how people view the Scooby community.
Everyone has a different take on things and what is tasteful to one person may not be to others.
People may think that Scooby owners are ***** as well.
Live and let live mate, have a different opinion on things, fine, but don't call people ***** just cos they don't conform to your taste.
