depends how you use your phone and if you get a phone in with the deal...
would cost me a fortune as i mostly call cross network and need about 400minutes, but it might suit you down to the ground, have a look at your current bill and see what you need..

Its my renewal charge.
I send very few texts.
Knowing the high rate to other mobiles i try to keep it to a minimum so thats not too bad.I'm not a high mobile user, get a free update yearly though.

Erm, NO way thats expensive - get online and have a look at o2 or Orange deals. In this day and age I wouldnt pay any upfront charges on top of monthly contract fees.
Are they 'throwing in' a top spec phone or summat to blind you into paying 100+ just to renew with them?
Or is the 119.99 all line rental charges for the year?

""on top of monthly contract fees""
Of course, these don't actually exist. It's just a way of paying monthly for your 'free' phone.
Go Virgin.
15p first 5 mins then 5p after that anytime of the day other networks 35p.
No monthly fee.
