I've just put my money where my mouth is & joined the ABD. This morning I received their joining pack & newsletter in the post & it's a very good read. These guys use the government's own stats to argue with local councils over speed scameras, speed bumps & other stuff. Lots of well-reasoned argument & they're the only guys fighting on the side of the drivers! Well worth £20 IMHO.

I think all drivers should join because you're right, they are the only organisation that stands up for the rights of drivers. The AA and RAC certainly don't anymore. I was a member until I moved to Canada.
