No quick wins
No easy solution mate. Change of lifestyle is what you need.
Many people in the UK put on more weight than they lose when they go on a diet, researchers have found.

18 and 18 stone, thats some going mate, its taken me until 33 to get to sixteen stone, I was about 12.5 stones at 18 and thought I was fat, put two stone on weight training for three years an the rest is lard.
Twenty pints a week, you could save 20 * 300 calories straight off by not drinking, weight falls off me (or it did in my twenties, havent tried since) when I cut out the booze and what it makes you eat at 2am.
Eat fruit only before lunch time, that is helping me at the moment, Apple, Banana and a few unsalted nuts.
It aint easy but then again its not much fun being a tubby, I used to diet and exercise like mad before going to Greece with the lads so I didnt feel awkward, if you want it bad enough you can do it, especially if it helps you get a eg over, women arent completely averse to the larger fella but it does make pulling more difficult plus you fell less inclined to approach them for fear of knock back, if you are all ripped up its easier because you cant say you didnt try.
Dont miss meals, you just end up starving and liable to eat ****e from a vending machine, petrol station or pedal bin.

are you serious?
cutting lunch is a crappy idea. if anything that will force your body to store MORE fat not less.
drop the alcohol, clean up your meals (full fat milk and sausages are not good options) and eat MORE often but smaller portions.
you can realistically lose 2lbs of fat a week while minimizing muscle catabolism. any more weight loss and you're losing too much lean mass (which makes you look soft and SLOWS your metabolism making further fat loss more difficult). forget about quick fixes in an unrealistic timeframe and concentrate on changing your lifestyle so you can get to the physique you want and stay there or constantly improve.

Balanced eating and damn good exercise will make you loose wait.May not be too quick but its better in long run.If you loose quickly by crash dieting, supplements, strange pills etc. you tend to put on quick too as soon as you come off these methods.Drink plenty of water.Keep your metabolism active with raw salad etc.
If you have or your Parents have money, book yourself for a month in one of the health clubs where they keep watch on your diet, weight and give you right exersices.Once you have lost 1 stone or two,you will feel more determined to loose more.
All the best !

A quick response based on your list:
- Start exercising gently, walk round the block etc.
- Semi skimmed or skimmed milk. Offer to buy your own if you live with someone else
- Go for a lean meat sandwich with low fat dressing or a salad & jacket potato instead
- Reduce portion size or leave food on your plate, you don't have to finish it all. Move your plate immediately, reducing the temptation to "pick"
- Stop drinking or cut down to a couple of pints on a Saturday, it will make a huge difference. A pint contains a huge number of calories!
- Don't skip meals. You will feel hungrier and will snack on bad foods instead. Cycling is a good idea but increase your exercise gradually so you don't get disheartened.
I'm sure there's people far more experienced than me who will help you out shortly.

salmon is rich in omega-3 fats. that's a good thing by the way.

salmon fillet poached
Ideal mate dont use cream etc though.
Just another thing- once you come off alchohol, you will feel more physically active and will take interest in exersicing.
