Certainties of life:
Death and Tim Henman never winning Wimbledon despite him being the best player in the world (according to the British press anyway)

Have you seen that irritating Ariel ad Henman does - something about buying Ariel and getting a free tennis lesson ?
I recon if everyone on Scooby net buys a box of Ariel and donates the free lesson to Henman - he may well have a better chance of reaching the semis next year

He's been in 8 quarter finals, that about says it all really. Beaten by an unseeded 20-yr old.
He needed to win Wimbledon at an early stage in his career. Now they'll just be more and more younger players to stop him from winning towards the end of his career. I think unfortunately his time has passed unless he can do something in the next two years.
Maybe it's just not meant to be - look at Ivan Lendl. Although at least Ivan actually made it past the quarters.

Personally i like post #5. As well as the intended irony of the title.
Maybe it's just me.

OMG Major crowd violence errupts at Wimbledon.
Upset tennis fans have reverted to football style hooliganism after Henmans untimely exit.
The bourgh has declared a state of emergency.
Just for Vaughan, [whisper] Im only joking

You get taken in by the media hype surrounding his not winning Wimbledon - I'll respect him for what he is - a damn good tennis player.
