pretty sure you can, although if its your first offence etc they have to give you 2 verbal and then 1 written warning - if memory serves.

Ha ha! What is it about women with women bosses? At my last company there was a woman manager and there was always b!tch fights going on between her and her female staff!

I have about 60 staff to look after, I get called worse than that every day. Not usually a bitch though
People can call me all they like, sometimes I have some mega rows with the staff.
If I need to I'll have a one to one with them but it's as far as it goes. In my view high pressure work involves a few raised tempers, as a manager/supervsor/boss you have to understand that there are going to be personal differences.
I would feel a failure giving somone an official warning for shouting at me or calling me names.
I won't budge on safety, time keeping, drink, drugs or people not dong their jobs.

I work with a load of friggin power hungry old witches who think they can boss me about because i'm younger
They have a cr@p life and live for their sh!tty brainless jobs. Just because i know the job i do is a piece of p!ss and well trained monkeys could do it, they hate me

I don't understand why fat people get upset if you call them fat. What are you supposed to say?
Everytime she walks past in future, just mutter "fatty" - loud enough for her to hear, but quiet enough that no-one else does so she can't do anything. Always make sure you're sitting near her, so you can call her that about 50 times a day. Shouldn't be too long before she leaves
