Purchase ledger software recommendations?
Posted here as its not entirely relevant to just Computer Related, looking for something to keep an eye on stock levels, incoming / outgoing payments etc for a small business ???

i'm not an accountant but work for a large multinational accountancy firm in a department that specialises in small business accountancy software. sage line 50 all the way.

Sage line 50 is the worst load of crap, just because everyone uses it means they have good marketing - not that it's actually any good. Aged debtors lists that don't add up correctly!!! Corrupt database at year end!!!
I use Quickbooks for myown business, but for single user that needs a good check on stock TAS is the best. TAS is owned by Sage & consistantly outperforms Line 50 in comparison tests. Also there's a 30 day money back on TAS.

I use quickbooks, does the job, bit quirky in windows related commands but you get used to it.
Sage is dogs poo. Tie you in and screw you for more and more money, constantly fixing bugs....
