Red face Can someone please explain to my little sister....
that neons are chavvy. PLEASE! she thinks they're 'smart depending on what car they're on'

Hurry, she's going home soon. Need to knock some sense into her!

The best way to get her to see how chavvy neons are is surely to ask her what she thinks of the occupants of said car. If she finds herself drawn to them, there's not much hope
