stupid transportation question.....
Stupid question.......
Can you get a rack to carry a moped on the back of your car?
My mate has one on the back of his motorhome.
The question is can you get one to go on the back of your car?
Need to get a moped (of some description, but it won't be anything special) to silverstone for the grand prix. if it lasts the weekend will need to get it back too
Don't want to tow it, I just wondered if you could get a rack to carry it on your car?
Thanks,
Simon

You can get one for the back of a large car i.e landrover discovery but a normal car should not have a weight greater than 50-60kg applied directly to the back of it as it will cause the front to become unstable, most moped weigh in at more than 50kgs so i think the answer will be no

Thanks andy,
Could take the wifes touarag but would much rather use the Impreza. Diesel would be cheaper though....
I've never seen a car with one on- obviously the weight would be an issue.
I'll have to get a go-ped instead
