The NuLab PC machine would like to portray them as such ... but they are a one-trick pony up to now. 'Let's get out of the EU' etc. I must admit that in the EU elections coming up I'm sorely tempted!
The locals are another thing! Last local election the guy knocks on the door and says ' vote for me etc'. Said I may well do so we started talking. Then he said he wanted the road to Wokingham from here (about 2 miles of 40mph roads) put down to a 30 limit. I said why? He said he wanted to stop all those boy-racers (he was an unhealthy 60+) fro tearing up and down. I couldn't convince him that those who choose to ignore the 40 limit and do 60 were not very likely to obey the limit just 'cos it had been reduced...... needless to say I didn't vote for him then.
But as I said, the EU elections I could well do ......

In a word no.
I don't know how being anti Europe could be construed as being racist, but no doubt in this PC gone mad world, being anti anything is probably construed as being racist. Don't like sushi? You must be a racist then.
I used to work with a chap who was a UKIP candidate at the last general election. He is the least prejudiced guy you are likely to meet.
