Help with Company Name
Hello
My wife wants to set up a card business (weddings etc..) and we are trying to come up with a name. As you are all talented witty people, any suggestions? Her name is Joanna if you can think of a personalised company name (that isn't "Joanna's cards").
Thanks!
Steve.

forget her name...naming your firm after your name is like a personal reg plate....wacky, witty and clever only to you.
pick a good name, dont compromise to make it suit the real name...ever hear of Branson and Co. or Gates and son or marks and spencer...err..forget the last one!

Its a difficult one, remember to use thoughtful fonts and graffixs on your sign, and shop frontage.

A card business? Hmmm
Board Stiff
Aardvark Cards (if you want to be first in Yellow Pages)
For Your Eyes Only
Hatched, Matched and Dispatched (considering when we send cards)
erm - that's it for now!
Good luck!!
