Shame it doesn't have the level selection code built it (which I still remember today!)

that is scary - managed to blast through the first 5 or 6 levels of manic miner remembering the pattern of jumps and pauses like I played it this morning. I would guess it had been 18-20 years since that was state of the art?

There is a new magazine out called Retro gamer,, covers all the old stuff with a free cd too,, some of the older softwarehouses have started giving there back catalouges to them for distribution....
