Don't get me started about Dabs. I still have a wireless mouse that I want to return tio them as it's not compatible with home PC. First started emailing them about a returns number in March!!!!! Not happy.

Everyone will have horror stories about the big e-tailers. You simply cant make money with their margins unless something gives - and that's decent customer service.

Its a gamble every time you order.

I think the savings on the 9/10 orders that go through OK just about make up for the 1/10 ****-ups. But its close.

Another disgruntled Dabs customer here too - and a couple of my friends suffered at the hands of Dabs.

Dreadful service - not used them since.

Yup, dabs really are crap, what makes them far worse though is the lack of telephone lines

Notify your credit card co (if you paid with it) & dispute the payment, it might spur them into action if they don't get paid.

Talking I got good service from them !

Like a muppet, I ordered the wrong memory & opened it before I realised. Dabs were fantastic, they took it back and replaced it with the right one. No problems.

Absolutely fantastic IMHO.

I've been using Dabs for years and never had a problem. Only ever returned 1 item, a TFT monitor and it was done with no problems within a couple of days. I've saved a fortune with them over the years They're also pretty close to my place in the UK, so I've bought stuff directly over the counter at their warehouse, very friendly staff!

All the online places are the same, when they're good, they're good etc. Had no probs with Dabs, until I had a faulty wireless thingy, outside 30 day replacement period so back to them for repair. A mate said to just forget about it and order another router immediately. Which I did - from Dabs - About 6 months later I got credited for the £110 or so without any intervention, just a very long wait.
