Audley Harrison
He is known as the "A-Force"
After watching him in yet another boring performance tonight against an old, overweight Julius Francis then I think his boxing name should be changed to
"A lack of Force" LOL
If he is supposed to be one of the hottest prospects around in the Heavyweight arena then boxing really has hit an all-time low. He'll probably end up unifying all the heavyweight titles too.
Time for Tyson to step back in the ring and show 'em all who's boss...

I have to agree with you Terry, that was one of the most dismal displays of the noble art I have seen in a long time. There seems to be a lack of fighters who want to stand toe to toe and have a proper tear up. I long for the days of Tyson in his prime, Nigel Benn, Chris Eubank, Steve Collins etc. When boxing had you on the edge of your seat and the fighters had pride and heart. Not these over-paid puffs poncing about.

A great display of boring, plodding boxing.
There are no greats left, and im a bit sick of the hype that surrounds these mediocre boxers that against any of the true heavyweight world champions of the past wouldnt have made 1 round (specially as I got drawn in by the hype and expected a fight that may show some spark!!)
I recon they should make it like the WWE, just have the guys out there making massive swings, but not really connecting, perhaps a few story lines about which round card girl they're ********, and a couple choke slams, at least that way you could pick on their useless acting skills as opposed to their hopeless attempts at boxing.

Bring back our 'Enry I say
DL (who was at Arsenal Stadium to see Cooper floor Ali or Cassius as he was then. Saved by the bell at the count of 8 and then Cassius cut Henry and that was it).

Not forgetting Michael Watson who "beat" Eubank only to have the most disgusting display of biased officials deny him the victory...
Lloyd Hunnigan used to box so hard he's keep breaking his hands! Didn't he have some epic battle with a Mexican and finally beat him with some body shots?
I agree though, Audley should be renamed Ordinary Harrison. He needs to sharpen up a lot, if he ever has to face anyone who is fit for boxing.

They have already lined up his next opponent, looks like it could be a tough fight:

Yes not a great performance, little in the way of aggression but he does need some longer fights. I certianyl could not see him beating a boxer I've been watching for many years, Lamon Brewster. Harrison would not stand a chance. OK his jab is fast and quite stinging but where are the combinations and variety of punches.
If he wants to be taken seriously he needs some wars where he takes people out not play with them like a cat palying with a moth, patting it around !

I tell you what though - it would be good to see him fight against Matt Skelton (the current British Champ) even though Matt is old and overweight and not very skillful, I think Matt will go hell for leather to try and knock him out in the 1st round. He may not be the best boxer you've ever seen (and I've only seen him once - in his last fight) - but he is brave and strong and will give an entertaining performance.
Bring it on - then Matt Skelton for Undsputed Heavyweight Champion of the World... hehe
