If I set up an account then deposit money into it from my credit card do I get charged a 'cash advance' fee?

You will not be charged a cash advance fee, as far as the cc company is concerned it's just a normal transaction.

If you have forgotten your 4 digit code, ring up your cc company, should be easy to spot a single transaction in $!

You can have more than one credit or debit card

They transfer the money from their own paypal account to their current account, can take between 5-10 days for this transfer alone
