Just seen this, I know it's 'new', 0 miles etc.. But reserve not met!

Nutter car It could be 'brand new' as many rally cars are rebuilt from scratch with new engines etc, so it is possible that this car has done little or no mileage. If you look through the classifieds of Motorsport News, you often see rally / race cars advertised in a similar way.

I agree with Chris; its a pukka ad. I read somewhere recently that these can still be supplied new; though not from the original production run.

most seem to be bulit by a company called TAL
DAM yous'd to build them on the updated metro shell
the current cars have alot of updates that allow them to keep modern WRC machinery in check
the goodmans engines produce over 400 bhp out of a 2.5 v6 engine
Colin Mcrae had one and apparently set a identical time on sweet lamb test stage to the best time a wrc car had achieved to that date on the same stage
so they are very quick cars

it would be in my collection if i had won the lotto

It can't have got MOTd without some mileage, brake test etc.

It's registered on a D plate, '87 so has probably just undergone restoration,
