Angry mcdonalds adverts

What the hell is all this "I'm loving it?"

As if hearing Justin timberlake isn't enough they even use words from his ***** songs in crappy McDonalds adverts

Why are McDonalds adverts always bad?

You hear it, you sing it till it annoys you, mission accomplished by advertisers.

Also you talk about it on places like here, mission accomplished by advertisers.

It's only mission accomplished if we go buy their products, which sounds less likely given the responses above so I'd say mission failed.

I admit that I go in there alot less now because I hate the tacky image They never had a great image anyway but it seems worse these days

granted I was never really into McDonalds but having one next to where I work was a temptation I just can't be bothered now.

By the sheer nature of it's discussion leads people to "see what the fuss is about".

You'll be surprised how many people on this thread have and do use McDonalds I bet.

Mission accomplished but not admitted to, I'd say.

One from 2001 odd if I remember correctly!

Do you really like it? Is it is it wicked?

You decide!

I think it was a Daft Punk-esque track but different enough to avoid royalties

LOL, I was eating a McD's whilst reading this thread and I certainly was lovin' it

Anyway, I remember seeing a program on adverts and it reported that annoying ads are actually more successful than entertaining ads. Apparently, the few people that actively avoid the product in an annoying advert are more than compensated for by the people who subconsciously store that product and go ahead and chose said product over others.

I have to say, the McD's adverts don't even make a blip on the annoy-o-meter compared to:

Marks and Spencers advert "smoked salmon" (**** off you fat lezza)
Tesco "lie detector" advert

and the current worst advert on TV:

Volvo "confidence". I'm hoping Robert Downey Jr ends up back inside for that one.

Ooh, I hate that woman. The bit where she says "if I'm still alive". You wouldn't be if you lived in my house, love.
